Buying businesses

We buy companies. Majority stakes, full acquisitions, occasionally structured transitions where the founder stays involved. We are not a private equity fund and we don't manage to a return horizon. When we buy something, we intend to keep it.

We are straightforward to deal with. We do the work before we make an offer, we say what we mean, and we don't retrade.

Industrial, resource, infrastructure, technology: the sector matters less to us than quality.
